It started as a pattern. Client after client came to our Bangkok agency with a beautiful site built in Lovable or Bolt — and no organic traffic. Not slow traffic. None.
So we’d open the crawler view, and there it was every time: an empty <div id="root">. The page that dazzled in a browser was a blank wall to ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google’s AI Overviews.
We fixed it by hand, dozens of times, until the checklist was muscle memory. Then we did the obvious thing: we turned the checklist into a 60-second audit and the fixes into copy-paste prompts.
